When you choose Superior Choice Medical Group, you are connected to a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who helps manage your care, referrals, and follow-ups.
How to Join
To join Superior Choice Medical Group with Medicare:
- Make sure you are enrolled in a Medicare Advantage (HMO) plan that works with Superior Choice.
- Choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP) from our network.
- Call your health plan and tell them you want to select Superior Choice Medical Group as your medical group.
Your health plan will confirm the change and let you know when it becomes active.
