If you have Medi-Cal, Superior Choice Medical Group is proud to support your care. We work with Medi-Cal health plans and doctors throughout Southern California to make sure you receive quality, coordinated care.
When you join Superior Choice, you’ll have a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who helps manage your health needs and connects you to specialists and services when needed.
How to Join
To join Superior Choice Medical Group with Medi-Cal:
- Make sure you are enrolled in a Medi-Cal Managed Care Plan that works with Superior Choice.
- Choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP) from our network.
- Call your health plan and ask to select Superior Choice Medical Group as your medical group.
Your health plan will confirm the update and let you know when it takes effect.

- Specialist referrals
- Care management support
- Health education programs
